1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. Your schedule data (labels, events, notes) is stored in your browser's local storage and, if you're signed in, synced to our secure cloud database (Supabase, hosted in Australia).
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Box Schedule service — saving and syncing your schedules across devices. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (cloud hosting, authentication).
3. Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, we access only the calendars you select, solely to push events you explicitly choose to sync. We do not read your existing calendar events for any other purpose.
4. Data retention
Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@boxschedule.com.au.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
By using Box Schedule, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service
Box Schedule is a visual planning and scheduling tool provided by Imberfac Pty Ltd (ABN to be registered). The service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge during this period.
3. Your content
You own all content you create in Box Schedule. By storing it on our servers, you grant us a limited licence to host and sync it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the software, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Box Schedule is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian law, Imberfac Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes by email.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
